I ordered a pair of boots for 268 GBP. I received the boots but also had to pay fedEx £78 import duty. One would think that the price on the website is final and any import duties would be covered by the vendor. Extremely disappointing!

I had no issues with my first ever order from this company.
My shoes arrived on time and in perfect condition.
From Poland to Las Vegas , no problem.
My brother however got his shoes delivered to the wrong address, but that may have been fed exs fault. (Update. Fed Exs fault 100%)
I was skeptical based on the reviews and this purchase felt more like a leap of faith that paid off.

I payed, but get a message that the payment is not going well, and refund asap… what is this? What is going on? I got my order or money back!!!!???? Strange situation….

Fortunately, the sneakers I ordered were the right size, so I do not have to use this company again. Brexit may not have been their fault, but not making it clear that I would have to pay an additional £62 for import duties is. Not great to buy from if you are from the UK

sent me the wrong size then wanted proof of return which I did not keep my receipt from the post office, said they don't keep record of returns, I definitely mailed them back and had to pay because they don't provide paid postage like most other companies, they suck basically.

**Avoid** Incurs UK tax and duties when purchasing from the UK which Sneaker Studio place on the buyer. I checked for import costs when I placed the order but this was not in any way made clear at check out.

I also returned several items (which had duties and tax paid and need to be claimed back from HMRC). The website says that you will be credited within 14 days from the day they receive the return. I shared proof of postage and receipt from their warehouse and received no communication for days. Only when I threatened to report to trading standards and email their suppliers did they respond and reimburse me - 9 days later than their terms and conditions.

Not great customer service at all. Shop at your own risk. This is not a well run business and delaying payment is unethical and fraudulent.

**Beware and don’t purchase**

I bought a CP Company coat that was in the sale. The coat arrived after a few days and I checked it to make sure it was a genuine article on Certilogo, and it was. The coat was already in the sale but, because I bought the coat in the Black Friday sale, I managed to get another £140.00 off which was incredible.
However, I knew that I was going to be billed by FedEx for Duty, Taxes and Fees. They have just charged me, Import Duty £32.35, VAT £62.49, Disbursement fee £12.75, making a total £107.59. The Black Friday discount covered all this, but you need to be aware of these extra charges when buying items and shipping them to the UK.

Would not recommend.

It was delayed twice (and supposedly finally sent the product in the second time I contacted them) and in the end they said there was a product defect in warehouse.

I received a refund without the shipping fees, and they insisted they paid in whole, up until I sent proof of refund.

In the end it was fixed, can’t say much about the products but the customer service is really not great.

no doubt one of the worst most trash shops I bought sneakers form. First they have that idiotic policy where you need to place a different order, if you want to change a first order. Second of all they have the most incompetent employees, this !d!ot told me they will refund my money when the package shows as refused with the delivery company. But then they said I'm getting my money when they get the package. WHICH THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND IT'S TWO DIFFERENT THINGS

I has a few questions before ordering and there team were so fast coming back. I placed the order and fedex delivered in 2 days. Brilliant service. The boots were cheaper than anywhere else and with the Black Friday code I saved 110 pounds!!!!

what I didn’t know was there was a 60 quid shipping charge from FedEx. I still saved money but might have been worse off if I didn’t have the code.

I was put off by a lot of negative reviews but decided to order anyway as you have to give companies a chance and I'm glad I did, I purchased a pair of on running £50 cheaper than everywhere else and they were delivered just as quick as ordering from a UK retailer

The shoes are legit and I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again not would I have a problem recommending them to anyone

Great value and I was amazed how fast the delivery was - I got my items sent from Poland to the UK and they arrived in under 48 hours.
I had been a bit wary about buying stuff from abroad but I'd definitely order from here again. Also I thought I my card might be charged in Polish Zloty or Euros and I'd be charged a fee by my bank but it was done in Pounds so even better,

Ordered 3 pairs of trainers from here. Good price and good quality however it was not very clear that there would be an intentional shipping invoice tax from FedEx after purchasing due to the company being based in Poland. I have now received a bill for £70!!! on top of my initial purchase. This has been very unexpected and put me under a lot of stress. BE VERY CAFEUL!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP... I ordered 2 pairs of trainers from these and I have received a £61.19 VAT Bill from Customs which I have to pay. I have sent one pair back as they were unsuitable and I still have to pay the VAT bill. This shop do not want to help that I have only have 1 pair and they are doing nothing about the VAT.
DO NOT BUY AS YOU WILL PAY MORE DUE TO THE VAT.

I placed an order on 31/8/22 for 2 new balance sneakers. I've just realized you sent me 2 different sizes for the New Balance UXC72SA BLUE. You sent UK 7.5 and UK 9 sizes for the pair. Sent 3 emails with pics and still haven't received a reply

How do we resolve this?
